TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHARIS CONSULT

 

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the provision of travel advisory services by Charis Consult, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency," to its clients, from now on referred to as "the Traveler." By engaging with the Agency's services, the Traveler agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
 

2. Scope of Services
Charis Consult provides travel advisory services to assist Travelers in planning their trips. The Agency's role is to guide and provide recommendations to the Traveler throughout the planning process. It is important to note that Charis Consult does not approve or disapprove any specific travel arrangements, and the final decisions regarding travel plans remain the responsibility of the Traveler.
 

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings facilitated by the Agency are subject to availability and confirmation.
To initiate the booking process, the Traveler must provide accurate information and pay the required fees as specified by the Agency.
Fees paid for the Agency's services are non-refundable.
 

4. Travel Arrangements
The Agency may provide recommendations and assistance with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
It is the Traveler's responsibility to review and confirm all travel arrangements before making any payments or commitments.
The Agency is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or disputes arising from the Traveler's interactions with third-party service providers.
 

5. Travel Insurance
Charis Consult strongly recommends that Travelers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
The Agency does not sell travel insurance directly but can offer guidance on obtaining appropriate coverage.
 

6. Liability
While Charis Consult strives to provide accurate and reliable information, the Agency does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any recommendations or advice provided.
The Agency is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Traveler as a result of their reliance on information or recommendations provided by the Agency.
 

7. Confidentiality
Charis Consult respects the confidentiality of its client's personal information and will only use such information for the purpose of providing travel advisory services.
The Agency will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Traveler's consent, except as required by law.
 

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Nigerian Constitution, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of this constitution.
 

9. Amendment and Termination
Charis Consult reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Agency may terminate its services to the Traveler at any time if the Traveler breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct deemed detrimental to the Agency's reputation or business interests.
 

10. Acceptance
By engaging with Charis Consult's travel advisory services, the Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
